The dissociation constants for H2L determined in our laboratory ( pK1 = 4.03 ± 0.01 , pK2 = 5.31 ± 0.01 ) were used in the calculations . These values are in good agreement with pK , = 4.00 and PK2 = 5.24 reported in [ 1 ] .
