Joseph Gerteis is Associate Professor of Sociology at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. James Moody is Associate Professor of Sociology at Duke University, North Carolina. Steven Pfaff is Associate Professor of Sociology at the University of Washington. Indermohan Virk is Visiting Lecturer in Sociology at Indiana University, Bloomington.
